Philip George Proctor is an American actor, comedian and a member of the Firesign Theatre. He has performed voice-over work for video games, films and television series. Among his works was to give voice to Roberto Bianchi / Bishop in Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (2002). Another game made by Silicon Knights.
